Reservations

On this page you will find Hotel Julie’s rules and practical information.

Check-in

Check-in is Mon–Sat 16:00–23:00 and Sun 18:00–22:00, or as agreed and depending on the season.
Late arrivals must be reported when booking the room or no later than the day of arrival.

Upon arrival, the guest must complete a registration form with the personal details required by law or otherwise necessary for the hotel’s operations.

Payment is made upon arrival unless invoicing has been agreed in advance.
Payment can also be made in advance; this must be agreed with the hotel beforehand.

Check-out is on the departure day no later than 12:00 (noon).
Keys must be returned to reception or placed in the key return box.
Subject to availability, late check-out may be possible for an additional fee.

Staying at the hotel

Guests are required to behave appropriately, be considerate of other guests, and follow the hotel’s rules.

Guests are liable for any damage they cause to the hotel’s property. Smoking in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited. If a guest smokes in a room, a cleaning fee of €60 will be charged.

Pets

Pets are welcome in some rooms (please note this when making your reservation).
A pet fee of €15 per stay applies, and for multiple pets +€5 per additional pet.

Pets are not allowed on the bed and must not be left unattended for long periods.
We recommend using a crate as a sleeping place and also while the owner is away from the room.
Pets must have fresh drinking water available at all times.
Any damage caused by a pet will be charged accordingly.

Walking pets in the hotel’s yard area is prohibited, and any pet waste must be picked up.
The area around the hotel offers excellent walking routes with forest trails.

Sauna

Sauna time slots can be requested when booking a room or on-site at reception.

Parking area

The hotel has free parking in the courtyard, also suitable for larger vehicles.

Internet

Hotel guests can use the hotel’s wireless internet connection free of charge.

Restaurant

Breakfast is served Mon–Fri 06:15–09:30, and on weekends 08:00–10:30. Price €10 per person when staying at the hotel.
The restaurant is open Mon–Sat 17:00–22:30 (kitchen Mon–Sat 17:00–21:00) or depending on the situation.

During quiet periods we do not offer a buffet breakfast, but a breakfast pack can be delivered to your room the evening before. Please ask for more information!
